Grape variety: Sangiovese

Vinification: The must obtained from the gentle pressing of the grapes is left to settle overnight in a stainless steel tank. Once racked, alcoholic fermentation takes place without the addition of yeast and without temperature control in stainless steel tanks, where it remains until spring and where malolactic fermentation also occurs.

Aging: in steel for 7/8 months

Serving temperature: 14-16° C

Spruz 2024 is a rosé wine born in the heart of the Chianti Classico region.

Made entirely from Sangiovese grapes harvested early at the end of August, this wine makes freshness and lightness its signature. In fact, the early harvest is a deliberate choice to preserve the grape's natural acidity and keep the alcohol content at an agile 11% ABV. It features a very limited production of around 2,400 bottles.

The result is a rosé with a distinctly Tuscan character, tense, vibrant, and dominated by crunchy notes of small red fruits. Designed to be immediate and easy-drinking, Spruz is the ideal companion for summer aperitifs, light appetizers, or seafood dishes.
