Vinification: Soft pressing of grapes, spontaneous fermentation in steel tank

Aging: 7/8 months in steel tank, bottled in spring

Serving temperature: 8-10° C

Pinot Grigio 25% and Chardonnay 75%. The Pinot is harvested first and after soft pressing serves as the “pied de cuve” for the subsequent arrival of the Chardonnay at the winery.

The process of pressing the grapes so delicately and the use of only steel in all stages of vinification and aging ensure the preservation and care of the aromatic and fresh parts of the wine.

On the palate aromas of nutty peaches and tropical fruits, hints of green tea and white flowers. A fresh wine but with great aromatic concentration.
