"Pure" sparkling rosé is made from Sangiovese grapes with a small percentage of Syrah (10%) harvested early. Bottle refermentation is achieved with frozen must and no added sulfites.

A darting rosé with a claret pink color. Fresh, straight, rightly ripe with a slight sweet note on the finish that ennobled by a nice acidity makes the sip more complete and easy. Citrusy and intense, with a hint of red berries and spices, it is juicy in the mouth, the low alcohol content making it fast and lively.

Lighthearted and winking drink.

Fattoria Lavacchio

Fattoria Lavacchio is located on top of the Montefiesole hills, about 20 km from Florence, in the heart of the Chianti Rufina region.

Founded in 1700, it passed into the hands of the Lottero family in the 1970s and immediately began working in a more natural style, arriving at total organic production in 1978.

The estate has more than one hundred and fifteen hectares, twenty-four of which are dedicated to vineyards and fifty-six to olive groves, while the remainder is dedicated to woods, truffle fields, wheat and vegetable gardens.
