100% Catarratto. Nicola and Guido have chosen to elevate this historic, often underrated grape variety, transforming it into a white wine of great character that shines with its own light. Sourced from a vineyard at an altitude of 600 meters, this is a true mountain white.

The soil, predominantly sandy-limestone, is the secret behind its exceptional drinkability: the sand provides elegance and subtle aromas, while the limestone ensures the body and structure that make it so intriguing. Constant exposure to Sicilian winds keeps the grapes healthy and concentrated, carrying with them the breath of the Mediterranean.

The entry on the palate is straight and snappy. It impresses with a mineral sappiness that cleanses the palate, supported by crisp white fruit pulp. It is a rhythmic wine, where every sip invites the next, thanks to a citrusy freshness that lingers long into the finish.

Elios

Located in the heart of Western Sicily between Alcamo and Camporeale, Elios is the brainchild of Nicola Adamo and Guido Grillo—two friends who chose to return to the land to rewrite the rules of tradition. With a dynamic approach and deep respect for the ecosystem, Elios manages approximately 15 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards, strictly following organic farming practices.

Their philosophy is built on minimal intervention both in the field and the cellar: the goal is to produce natural, wholesome wines free from invasive manipulations. These wines act as authentic storytellers of a unique terroir, where the warmth of the Sicilian sun meets the freshness of the highlands and the briny character of sea winds
