The terroir features a strategic mix of clay and limestone: the clay ensures structure and body, while the limestone infuses a crystalline minerality. The proximity to the sea enriches every sip with a briny sapidity that keeps the drinking experience vibrant and dynamic.
On the nose, it hits with notes of Mediterranean scrub, citrus, and white peach, followed by a distinct salty trail that recalls the Sicilian coastline.
The palate is rhythmic and snappy. Its vibrant acidity is perfectly balanced by a natural smoothness, making it extremely pleasurable to drink. The finish is bone-dry, persistent, and deeply mineral.

Elios
Located in the heart of Western Sicily between Alcamo and Camporeale, Elios is the brainchild of Nicola Adamo and Guido Grillo—two friends who chose to return to the land to rewrite the rules of tradition. With a dynamic approach and deep respect for the ecosystem, Elios manages approximately 15 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards, strictly following organic farming practices.
Their philosophy is built on minimal intervention both in the field and the cellar: the goal is to produce natural, wholesome wines free from invasive manipulations. These wines act as authentic storytellers of a unique terroir, where the warmth of the Sicilian sun meets the freshness of the highlands and the briny character of sea winds
