Vej Bianco Antico is an orange wine produced from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes. The grapes undergo an extraordinary extended maceration of 240 days in concrete tanks, followed by aging in stainless steel.

The vineyards are managed using organic and biodynamic practices in the Parma hills, benefiting from clay-limestone soils and a microclimate perfectly suited for this aromatic white variety. This minimal-intervention approach results in a wine that authentically expresses its terroir and the unique characteristics of the vintage. Without a doubt, Vej Bianco Antico is one of our favorite Italian orange wines.

Tasting notes: In the glass, it presents a deep amber hue with aromatic notes of jasmine, orange blossom, smoked hay, and sage. On the palate, it offers hints of citrus peel, melon, preserved stone fruit, and spiced Darjeeling tea. It is a textured and complex wine, characterized by a firm tannic structure and a finish that distinctly recalls tea.
