Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in concrete, maceration with 50% stems for 4 weeks
Aging: In third-passage oak barrels of 225. 300 and 500 liters. Bottled after 24 months after harvest and aged in glass for 12 months.

Allergens: contiene solfitiMichele Lorenzetti's Pinot Noir comes from the Gattaia vineyard, perched in the Tuscan hills of Mugello at an altitude of nearly 700m and surrounded by pristine forests.
An inspired interpretation of Pinot Noir of incomparable depth and dynamism. It ferments spontaneously with part of the mass with stems, then ages at least a year in tonneaux, one in cement and another in bottle.
A complex wine, a giant, where the fresh fruit notes, are paraded over a depth made of earthy notes of underbrush and mushrooms and more aromatic and "exotic" notes of tamarind and elderflower. A wine with slight dark notes as only great Pinot Noirs can do. An experience!
