Light and sunny interpretation of E. in purity. A spectacular white, aromatic and fruity with good acidity that brings the wine to flavor balance. Yellow fruits and flowers of broom and chamomile, with a spicy finish.

The Leitmotif of this wine is a saline note that runs through the mouth from the beginning to the end of the sip. A wine to drink and drink again. Very good.

Valchyara

The Valchyara farm was founded in 2017 with the intention of recovering the historic Erbaluce and Nebbiolo vineyards, present since the late 1800s on the steep terraces bordered by dry stone walls, in Valchiusella in the morainic amphitheater of Ivrea.

2.3 ha worked biodynamically where the varieties present, in addition to the aforementioned Erbaluce and Nebbiolo, are the indigenous Croatina, Freisa and a small amount of Riesling.
