Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a brief maceration on the skins for two days to extract colour and aromas. Fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts, without fining or filtration, and without any chemical additives.

Crafted from a blend of Lambrusco, Malbo Gentile, Marzemino, and Spergola grapes—whose proportions vary from vintage to vintage—this wine originates from the hills of Scandiano in Emilia. Here, vines of varying ages are grown organically and biodynamically on clay and limestone soils.

In the glass, it boasts a bright red color and opens with a bouquet of fresh red fruits, citrus, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, characterized by a lively acidity and a clean, crisp finish. It is the quintessential convivial summer wine, absolutely perfect for barbecues or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.

Il Farneto

Il farneto è un ambizioso progetto agricolo che nasce a metà degli anni '90. La tenuta si estende su 35 ettari di cui 8 a vigna sull'altopiano del Farneto a 250 mt/slm, nell'entroterra reggiano ad est dell'Appennino tosco-emiliano. L'altopiano del Farneto rappresenta un unicum: è una zona scarsamente antropizzata, un alternarsi di boschi e calanchi su suoli limosi, sabbiosi ed argillosi. Un terra isolata ed intonsa con suoli fertili ed estremamente vivi. Una vera oasi di biodiversità, dove applicare con efficacia i principi dell'agricoltura biodinamica.
