Fine and persistent perlage and a beautiful onion skin color due to the Termarina vine (rare and ancient red grape variety), on the palate there are citrus sensations that stimulate salivation, elderflower and a beautiful surprising and persistent minerality.

Il Farneto

Il farneto è un ambizioso progetto agricolo che nasce a metà degli anni '90. La tenuta si estende su 35 ettari di cui 8 a vigna sull'altopiano del Farneto a 250 mt/slm, nell'entroterra reggiano ad est dell'Appennino tosco-emiliano. L'altopiano del Farneto rappresenta un unicum: è una zona scarsamente antropizzata, un alternarsi di boschi e calanchi su suoli limosi, sabbiosi ed argillosi. Un terra isolata ed intonsa con suoli fertili ed estremamente vivi. Una vera oasi di biodiversità, dove applicare con efficacia i principi dell'agricoltura biodinamica.
